My two Tonkinese girls, Tomkha and Kahlua
are just over two years old as I write this letter. As the vice president
of the now 54 year old Price Pottenger Nutrition Foundation www.ppnf.org
I was extremely happy to have been able to locate someone who was breeding
cats based on the famous Pottenger research study. My 9th generation Pottenger
cats are the loves of my life, and I expect them to continue to be so
for over 20 years. They love my lap, my shoulders, and curling up in bed
with me every night. I have had cats since I was six years old (I am 54),
and these are the first who barely even ask for dinner, although they
will certainly eat it. I think that the addictive nature of commercial
cat food, with all its chemical taste additives, has made our cats scream
for dinner and these never do that. Their only addiction is love, as it
should be. The only people they love more then us, are one another, also
as it should be. I will never understand why anyone would adopt a single
cat when they need a friend to be playing with or sleeping with all day
when their humans are not home. They both always want to be with me in
my office, and so long as my patient is not allergic, I let them. As a
matter of fact, I now have over 8 patients who are allergic to cats but
do not react to my girls. I can only assume that generations of eating
their perfect food makes their saliva and dander far less allergic or
non allergic. Back when I brought them in to be neutered, my vet commented
on the fact that their ears were spotless, and that he only sees this
on raw meat fed animals. He knows what I do for a living and so he also
said "so if I ever want to see them again, I guess Ill have
to come out to your house for dinner." I love them, they love me,
and they are perfection. Their diet and lack of vaccinations should keep
them that way for a very long time.
Thank you Celeste for producing such
perfection by feeding as close to nature as possible.
Very Sincerely
David Getoff, CCN, CTN, FAAIM

| Imelda,
I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how very
much I am enjoying my Celestial cat, Little Phil. He has brought such
joy into my life. He is everything the breed profile claims. Little Phil
is warm and loving. He is either sitting on my lap or on my shoulder most
all the time.
As you know, Little Phil is my second Celestial cat.
I waited three months for a Celestial cat because of the great breeding
and lineage! He is simply beautiful as he grows from a kitten into a cat
with a gorgeous coat and perfect face. And what a little voice he has!
I find myself constantly picking him up, holdingl and petting Little Phil.
He is the love of my life.
Thank you so much for my little gift, Little Phil!

Our love for Tara and Miriam . . .
When we lost the last of our two Siamese, Sasha, at
the ripe old age of 17 in May 2006, we knew we had to bring more furry
friends into our home and we were certain that we wanted to adopt older
cats. When we contacted Celeste, Imelda let us know about two sisters
who were ready to be adopted; they were three years old. From the moment
we entered Celeste's home and heard these two lovely girls meowing from
the carrier, we knew we had found the right cats for our home. Their meows
sounded so much like their predecessors' cries (Sasha and her cousin Chloe
who had died 2 1/2 years before Sasha had been with us since they were
five months old).
In the year since Tara and Serena (we renamed her Miriam)
have been with us and we with them, the four of us have found a wonderful
rhythm ... they are great friends to one another, wonderful company to
us, and are so smart! They know the minute I have taken the chicken necks
out of the refrigerator and run into the kitchen, waiting patiently for
me to cut their nightly treat. It is a regular ritual now.
I am grateful to be feeding them such a healthy diet
... I have not been to the vet once ... and if I never have to go to another
one, I will be quite happy.
Thanks Imelda and Celeste!

Dear Celeste,
My husband, Michael, and I bought a wonderful male
platinum point from you through Imelda. He is such a joy! Of course he
is gorgeous, but he also is the best cat I have ever seen. He is so affectionate
that it leads me to believe that it is more than the breed. I think Imelda
really loved and socialized his litter. He even sleeps quietly in bed
with us at night.
We have named him Oliver, and our children and both
of us adore him. He is on your raw food diet and loves to eat.
Thank you for a great addition to our home.
Best
Shelley Smith

Celeste and Imelda,
Enclosed is a picture of the Beasts, Matrix and Coconut.
They are the best father and son cats I have ever seen. They are so loving
and playful. The intelligence of these animals is uncanny and they love
their raw food diet. My vet considers them to be some of the healthiest
cats they have ever seen. Thank you for the beautiful cats and all your
help at the CFA cat shows.
In addition, I was so impressed with your cattery that
I would only recommend yours for any future cat owners. Please keep up
your wonderful work of these fine animals so others may enjoy them as
much as I do.
With warm regards,
Matrix, Coconut and Kevin Mootsey

I have 2 Tonkinese cats that I got from Celeste and
Imelda (CelesteCats Cattery). They are the loves of my life. These cats
are very affectionate, intelligent, active, and they love to ride on my
shoulder.
I met Celeste and Imelda over 10 years ago, when I lost
my beloved cat, Mia. I learned from them about the raw food diet and the
proper nutrition for cats. Celeste has written a very informative book
on this, "Natural Cat Care." It covers many other issues as
well, and has been very helpful.
I highly recommend their cattery, as they dearly love
all of their "furkids" and give them all excellent care. They
are experts on all aspects of cat care and are very helpful with any questions
you might have.

Hi Imelda-
Cinnamon is wonderful and doing great. She has the run
of the house. The male Abby loved her at first sight and has really taken
her under his wing. The first time he saw her he licked her. He is so
kind to her when she jumps all over him, and they both love to play for
hours. She is the cat I was waiting for, and she was worth the wait!!
I have attached a picture.
Thanks,
Bill V.

Dear Imelda,
As promised, here is a picture of the babies. We did
decide to rename them. Sprout is now called Bago, which is a temple in
Thailand, but the word means "pea stealer." This name seems
appropriate because she is a definite trouble maker. Fleck is now Jampa,
which is temple in Tibet, and the word translated is "giver of happiness."
Jampa is definitely my (Jaiman's) little boy. Bago loves everyone, especially
Brittany. Spice, on the other hand, isn't too pleased with the new additions,
but we're sure she'll adjust. Thank you so much for everything during
the adoption process. These little ones have been such a blessing for
us.
Thanks again.
Sincerely, Jaiman and Brittany

Greetings from Santa Barbara! Bella is doing GREAT!
She is by far the most amazing animal I have ever owned, no less encountered.
She is simply a joy in every possible way.
I just got some new photography equipment, and below

Hello
Imelda and Celeste,
Just wanted
to say hi. Everyone is great. I am so in love with my boys, it's sick!
They get more attention from me than I give anyone else in the family.
They have now taken over our bed completely, so we are going to buy a
king size after the first of the year. The queen is to small for all of
us.....since they sleep like humans and not like cats who roll up in a
ball. I couldn't live without them. Hoops has now found a new place to
sit, and that is on the ledge of the shower. I cannot take a shower now
alone...LOL! He even makes me keep the sliding door part way open, so
he can talk to me. If I don't, then he goes down to Eric and sits on him
and cries and cries It is the funniest thing. Eric will bring him up and
open the shower door put him on the ledge, and he is fine. Yo Yo would
rather stand back and just watch how pathetic his brother is. Yo Yo is
the shoulder rider. He wants to be as high as possible. He will jump from
my shoulders to Eric's, cause I am just to short for his taste. They love
a pair of my slippers, and I was abruptly awoken the other night by the
sound of Eric landing on the floor! Hoops and Yo Yo now carry my slippers
or drag them over to Eric's side of the bed. They then (no joke) sit around
the side of the bed and wait for Eric to get out of bed and trip on them.
Then, when he does that, they run all over like two kids laughing! They
also love to torment Boo. She has learned that if she hides behind a corner
and scares them, then they will go away...LOL! I have never been so happy
in my whole life! Hope you guys are great. I love the website. It gets
better and better, and the babies on your site are just so adorable. When
I get a bigger house, I am buying some more. I will never change breeders
or breeds.

Hi Imelda,
Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. We have been so
busy since Thanksgiving that I've been seriously neglecting my email.
Hope you had a nice holiday and that all the kitties are doing well. Dozer
(short for Bulldozer) is doing great. He is the exact kitty we were looking
for. He is SO affectionate, loving, friendly and sweet. He fits perfectly
into our family. He's so gentle, especially with the kids. He has yet
to use his claws unless he's on his scratching post. He loves to cuddle
up with Connor while he's having his bottle. They seem to really like
one another - maybe it's because they're so close in age :-) Connor will
grab the sparkly teaser stick and wave it around. Dozer will then jump
and chase it. Connor giggles like crazy when he sees Dozer jumping around.
For our older son, Tyler, Dozer is a great companion. Dozer enjoys cuddling
with Tyler while we read books each day. Dozer also spends a lot of time
visiting with Tyler while he plays with his toys. He likes to lay on Tyler's
train table while Tyler pushes his trains and cars around. Tyler loves
to pet and give him kisses. For Kevin and I, Dozer is definitely our type
of kitty. There's nothing better than having a pet that wants to cuddle
and be held as much as Dozer does. He's also done really well when we've
had visitors. He's not scared or shy at all. He just goes right up to
them and wants to be petted. You'll be happy to know that we didn't end
up taking Dozer to our vet's office. Since our vet makes house calls,
we just had her come out to our house. She was astounded by how healthy,
beautiful and friendly Dozer is. She was also very impressed by the diet.
She took a copy of the recipe and some other literature to share with
her associate, who's very much into homeopathy. Dozer has been eating
well and his stitching seems to be healing well. He's active and getting
bigger. We started feeding him a mixture of beef, liver and sweet potatoes
(baby food) along with the supplements. He loves it. Thank you again for
giving us such a wonderful addition to our family. You sure do raise some
wonderful babies. Take Care,
Richelle G. & Family
